ISAAC C. FAIR died at the residence of his son-in-law, H.A. McKinley, corner of Mulberry and Bloom streets, on Sunday evening at 7 o'clock, of general prostration.  Mr. Fair was born in Westmoreland County, Pa., on January 1st., 1817, and has resided in this city about thirty-five years.  He served in the late war as first lieutenant of the First Independent Ohio Battery, and was Sheriff of Richland Co. during two terms.  His funeral took place on Tuesday at 2 o'clock P.M. under the auspices of the Masonic fraternity.
